About 30 minutes on your company, goals and constraints, to understand your request. If public funding is involved, you tell me which scheme you have in mind and what you would like to fund.
Written proposal
If there is work to do together, I send you a proposal with activities, deliverables, timing and fee. Work starts only once you accept it.

What is the introductory call for?
The introductory call lasts about 30 minutes. It serves to understand your request and to prepare a written quote. Analysis and the actual work start afterwards, with a written proposal that sets out activities, timing and fee, and only once you accept it.
What should I prepare for the call?
Not much. It helps to know in two lines what your company does, how many people work there, what you would like to change and whether you already have a funding scheme in mind. If you already have an Italian company, its Chamber of Commerce registration extract and the list of public aid received in the last three years help frame the request.
Which languages do you work in?
Italian and English. I speak and write English at C1 level, so calls, documents, proposals and reports can be in English. Italian public funding applications and official filings are usually in Italian: I prepare them and explain them to you in English.
Which time zone are you in?
I am based in Lecce, Italy, on Central European Time (CET, UTC+1), or Central European Summer Time (CEST, UTC+2) from late March to late October. When you book a call, tell me your time zone and I will confirm a slot that works for both of us.
