Training and workshops on innovation, AI and Industry 4.0
I design and deliver practical courses and workshops on innovation, artificial intelligence, Industry 4.0 and digital marketing. I work with companies, training providers, higher technical institutes (ITS), universities and schools, in Italian or in English, on site in Italy or remotely. My aim is that people leave the room able to do something they could not do before, and that they do it the following Monday.

I have been teaching since 2013. I have trained business owners for Google Digital Training with the Fondazione Tagliacarne, for the Chamber of Commerce of Brindisi, for ITS and for secondary schools. Training is also one of the eight tasks that UNI 11814, the Italian standard for innovation managers, assigns to the role: informing and training people, up to top management.

How I work
Listening
I talk with whoever requests the course and, where possible, with some participants.
Diagnosis
From this needs analysis I understand their starting level and goals.
Plan and resources
I prepare the course design: learning objectives, programme, duration, method, materials. I adapt examples and exercises to the participants’ sector and tools.
Delivery and results
Short talks, plenty of practice, work on company cases, then a final test or exercise and a feedback questionnaire. As follow-up I leave materials and resources and, if planned, run a review session a few weeks later.
These are the four steps of the method I follow in every project.
What you get
Training plan
with objectives, programme and calendar, also useful when applying for funding.
Course materials
and handouts for participants, in English, Italian or both.
Exercises
on real cases that you can reuse in the company.
Final report
with assessment results and suggestions for next steps.
Certificate of attendance
according to the rules of the body delivering the course.
Next steps
Training works best as part of a wider project: for example, alongside the introduction of artificial intelligence or of an innovation management system. For an example of my work with local bodies, read the SMART LAB case study. My path as a trainer is described on the About page.

Frequently asked questions
Can't find your question? Write to me and I will answer.
Do you teach in English?
Yes. I teach in Italian and in English (C1 level). For international teams with Italian staff I can run mixed sessions or provide materials in both languages. Remote sessions work well for short modules and for teams spread across several sites or countries; hands-on workshops work better in person, in Italy.
Do you run sessions in person or online?
Both. For practical workshops I prefer to be in the room, because we work on real company cases and people exchange ideas more easily. For short modules or groups spread across several locations I use online sessions, with exercises to complete between one meeting and the next.
Can training costs be funded?
For companies based in Italy, often yes. They can use the interprofessional training funds they already pay into, some regional and Chamber of Commerce schemes that include training among eligible costs and, in some periods, dedicated tax credits. I help you see which instrument is active and suitable, and I prepare the training plan.
Can you design a programme for our company?
It is the format I prefer. I start with a short conversation with management and with the people who will attend, then build the programme around your tools and your cases. At the end I hand over materials and exercises that people can reuse.
