Four steps, one document each
Listening, diagnosis, a plan with the resources to fund it, then delivery and results. After each step you receive a short written document and decide whether to go on. The method follows ISO 56001 and the tasks that the Italian standard UNI 11814 sets for innovation managers.

From history to engineering, always people first
I started with history and political science and ended up in engineering. That is why I always start from the people who will use a solution, and only then from the technology.
Since 2014 I have worked with companies and public bodies in Apulia. Since 2022 I have been CIO and Innovation Manager at Moviweb; I am ICT Manager of the Bari Welcome project and a PhD student at the University of Foggia. I have trained business owners for Google and Unioncamere and for the Tagliacarne Foundation.
