The chat is an automated assistant, not a person. Messages are sent to OpenAI with store: false; OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models and may be kept up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Please do not share sensitive data in the chat. If you ask to be contacted, the assistant asks for your name, contact details and explicit consent, and the request is stored as a normal contact.
Test and eligibility results are automatic indications only: no decision with legal effects is taken about you.
Who processes the data
Service providers acting as processors: hosting, email provider, OpenAI Ireland Ltd., Brevo (if enabled), Google Ireland Ltd., Cloudflare (if enabled), iubenda S.r.l., Calendly (if enabled, only after you click). Data is never sold.
Transfers outside the EU
OpenAI’s Data Processing Addendum (v.010126, checked on 29/09/2026) relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA. Transfers to Google, Cloudflare and Calendly in the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent at any time (GDPR arts. 15-22) by writing to ciao@vitoamodio.it. I reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
