This test helps you see where your company stands with digital. You answer ten questions covering eight areas: strategy, processes, data, customers and marketing, skills, security, tools and artificial intelligence. At the end you get an overall score out of 100, a score for each area and first suggestions on where to act.

How to read your score
Your overall score places you in one of three bands:
First steps (below 40)
Today digital costs you more time than it saves. It is the most common starting point: two or three targeted actions, such as customer data in one place, quotes and invoices without double entry and a secure backup, show results within a few months.
On the way (40 to 69)
You have the basics, but your tools do not yet work together and data does not yet guide decisions. The next step is to connect what you have, measure and choose where to automate, with a 12 to 24-month roadmap.
Advanced (70 and above)
Your company uses digital in a mature way. The margin now lies in artificial intelligence applied to processes, data analysis and structured innovation management, for example with an ISO 56001 management system.
The area scores show where you are weakest: that is usually a good place to start.
After the test
The test gives you a quick snapshot. Turning it into a plan takes an analysis inside the company and a roadmap with priorities, budget and possible funding: that is my digital assessment and roadmap service. How long does the test take?
A few minutes. There are ten multiple-choice questions. Answer thinking about how your company works today, not how you would like it to work. There are no right or wrong answers: the more honest you are, the more useful the score.
Does the test replace an assessment?
No. The test is a quick self-assessment and gives you a first direction. I carry out the assessment in your company, with interviews and an analysis of processes and data, and it produces a roadmap with priorities and budget. The test is a good way to see whether you need one.
Is the test relevant if my company is not in Italy?
Yes. The questions cover practices that apply to any small or medium-sized company: planning, processes, data, customers, skills, security, tools and artificial intelligence. Some tips mention Italian funding schemes, which matter only if you have or are opening a site in Italy.
What happens to my data?
Your answers are used to calculate the score. If you leave your email to receive the detailed report, I use it only to send it to you and, if you agree, for updates. The details are in the privacy notice.
